AVAILABILITY – REPLACEMENT

The products that appear for sale in the online store, are subject to the reservation that at the time of receipt of your order, they are still available and have not been removed or replaced by the supplier, importer, etc. In this case, we reserve the right to contact with you to offer you information about a substitute product, of equal or superior quality but of equal value, which you can buy if you wish. If you do not wish to proceed with the purchase of another product, there will be an immediate credit – refund of the amount you may have been charged.

Any dispute between the parties regarding the application, interpretation, invalidity of the above terms, is interpreted in accordance with Greek law and falls under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Thessaloniki.

NO RECEIPT OF ORDER

In case of refusal or indifference to the receipt of the order by the customer, vanillamilos.gr reserves the right to demand the deposit of shipping costs, in a bank account of the company.
It also reserves the right not to place a customer order with a history of repeated refusals, cancellations, and / or returns

DIFFERENCE

Force majeure: In case of force majeure (eg bad weather, strikes, etc.) that will result in a delay in your order you will be notified by e-mail.
Liability: vanillamilos.gr is not responsible for product defects and damage from this cause, for which the manufacturer – supplier is solely responsible.
However, in the event that a defective product is found in the delivered quantities, the liability is limited to its replacement, in which case you also reserve the right to return it.
